CRAFT WORKSHOPS - COURSES AVAILABLE
Glass Fusing Taster: £35 pp
A short 2 hour workshop to give an insight into the processes and materials involved in this engrossing artform. We offer two different sized frames, four basic design templates (which can be personalised with your preferred colours). This is tailored to give you more time to experience the variety of options with glass powders, paint, 'frit' and so on. We will guide you all the way to make sure you thoroughly enjoy your time with us - with a piece of glass art that you will be proud to display at home.
Introduction to Glass Fusing: £60 pp
A 3 - 3.5 hour workshop which can be either a relaxing crafting time (maybe with friends) or a useful introductory session for someone wishing to learn the process of glass fusing. Our aim for this course is for it to be relaxing and fun and you will be fully supported and helped at all times. The basic cost of £60 will enable you to make, for example, a wave or curved piece, maybe a pictorial piece as wall art. Should you wish to make something a little more complex that involves extra materials or kiln firings then there would be a small additional cost. We can discuss all the options with you when you make your booking.
Lattice Bowl: £65 pp
Full details will be posted here shortly, but do get in touch if you are interested in making one of these gorgeous bowls (they are not as complex as you may think - most of the hard work takes place in the kiln!). The workshop will be limited to two people, due to the space required for cutting and layout of the glass.
Lantern decoration: £160 pp, (to include lunch & refreshments)
This is a full day course for you to design and craft four panels of a lantern that will take pride of place in your home or as a gift for someone really special. We will help and guide you through all aspects of design, planning and production, so do not worry if you are totally new to this craft. Your fully assembled lantern will be ready a few days later, after the panels have been fired in the kiln.
Advanced course: Gravity Drop Vase £185 pp
A specific, multi-day, 1-1 tutorial for people with some experience of glass fusing, wishing to expand their skill set. Please get in touch if you would like full details of this course.

If you have a specific item or project in mind then this is the workshop for you. Please contact us either by email or phone and we will be delighted to structure a workshop for you. We can also offer workbench and kiln time hire - again, please contact us if this is of interest to you.
Christmas themed Workshops: £60 pp
From October to mid-December we run special workshops where you produce your own, hand crafted, Christmas decorations. These could be either hanging decorations for your tree, a festive tealight or free standing curve. We have limited dates open for booking, so please email your contact details over to us and we will let you know what options are available.
